Undo last action shortcut

With this feature, you could hit CMD + Z (Mac) or CTRL + Z (Windows) to quickly undo whatever the last edit was.

Having the ability to quickly CTRL+Z undo an action (example: undoing incorrectly pasted information in bulk) instead of being limited to the cell-by-cell undo history would be a critical tool.
